A. Booking and Rentals:
01. What is the minimum age required to rent a Car from Arohi Cabs?

A. If you are 18 years or above, you are eligible to rent a car from Arohi Cabs

02. How can I pay for my rental?

A. You can pay for your rental using credit card/debit card/net banking/mobile wallets.

03. Are there any taxes on the rental amount?

A. Yes. All the applicable Government taxes will be charged.

04. Who pays for the tolls?

A. The customer is liable to pay for the toll charges.

05. Can I pay in cash for my booking?

A. Yes. We accept payment via cash/ credit card/debit card/net banking/mobile wallet.

06. What all is included in the fare?

A. The fare is inclusive of Cab service for the hired period, pick and delivery charges and all the applicable government taxes. However, the fare is exclusive of your stay, food, sightseeing, entrance charges, Guide Services, toll charges and state permit charges.

07. Is the boarding and lodging of driver included in the price and will he be at our disposal all the time?

A. Yes, the boarding and lodging of the driver are included in the price but they normally expect some tips after they have provided you satisfactory service, which is of course not obligatory. Normally, our driver will be at disposal you can start your trip at any time in the morning and even use until late evening. For example, if you occasionally use him from 6 AM to 10 PM, it is o.k. if it is not every day.

08. What is the advance amount to be paid?

A. The amount is calculated based on the duration of use and the approximate round trip distance as per the Google API. This amount is not the final charge, as it does not include additional local kilometres that a guest would travel.

09. When do I get the booking confirmation and the cab details?

A. The booking is confirmed instantly. The cab details are sent subsequently 2 hours before travel.

10. How do you calculate no of Kms and no. of days?

A. The mileage and no. of days are calculated from our office to our office.

B. Support & Services:
11. What if the car is late or does not show up or has a breakdown?

A. In case it happens, please report to us and we shall make an alternate cab arrangement for you.

12. Whom do I call in case of a query or a problem?

A. Please reach out to our 24x7-support number for any matter. They will assist you in every case.

13. What will happen if I have to change my tour program during the trip?

A. This is possible and in case of longer duration, we shall work out additional charges and let you know at the time when you make changes and in case of lesser no. of days, we shall let you know the refund amount due to you, which will be paid to you.

C. Cancellation Policy:
14.What is your cancellation policy?

A. As per Avis cancellation policy, if the booking is cancelled:
Before 48 hours to pick up : No cancellation charges
Within 24 to 48 hours of pick up : 10% ofthe rental amount will be deducted.
Within 12 to 24 hours of pick up : 25% of the rental amount will be deducted
Within 1 to 12 hours of pick up : 50% of the rental amount will be deducted
At or before 1 hour pick up : 100% of the rental amount will be deducted
For the amount paid by cash, a Cheque will be dispatched and for the amount paid by card, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same source.

D. Safety Measures in COVID Situation:
15. Is rental cab safe during the Pandemic?

A. Rental Cabs is one of the safest options during a pandemic since there will be no other person in the car from whom the virus can transmit. You can include another traveller in the car whom you think its safe to travel along with.

16. What guidelines does your company follow for cleaning and sanitation?

A. We follow a thorough cleaning process. The cleaning process includes vacuuming, wiping, washing, and sanitizing the car with the top-notch quality disinfectant. Attention is paid more to over 20 high-touch points, which include Keys, Steering Wheel / Column, Seat belts, Seat pockets/ surfaces, Door interiors, Door pockets, Interior door handles, Exterior door handles, Cupholders/compartments, Accessory panel/touchscreen, Rearview mirror, Instrument panel, Dashboard/vents, Gearstick/gear shift, Trunk release, to name a few.
